Seafront rural big house at Solta

Accommodation met all our demanding criteria. The house is situated directly by the sea in a quiet bay with a private beach. We appreciated the excellently equipped kitchen, generous common space with a direct access to a large terrace connected to a patio with roof near the outdoor grill and wonderful view to the surroundings. We only lacked insect nets on the windows. There are well-stocked shops and a small market nearby. The hosts are friendly communication with them is fast and without problems.

Special Thanks to Ivan for his very fine selfmade wine. Great place if you have a boat, because of the waterfront directly before the house.

Plenty of space in the house and a very nice place with grill next to the house. Solta ist a relatively small island, but you will not miss anything for a summer holiday.

Overall the house is not the newest one, but offers great value in relation to the price. The kitchen ist staffed with everything you need and the bathrooms are quite new. Thanks to Andrea and Tonci for beeing a very helpful and caring host.

We had such a wonderful time at Villa Sore Solta. We stayed with another family, and our two children. The house is clean and large and has everything that you could need. It is in the water and the pier was where we spent most days. The water is clear and pristine. We couldn’t say enough great things about the house. The kitchen was great with many functionalities, the bathrooms were modern, clean and cute. We had everything we needed. The outdoor patio was fantastic and where we gathered for dinner every night- it was perfect. There was a trampoline that the kids enjoyed. The location was accessible and off the path enough that we had privacy. 10 out of 10. We will be back!

The villa is located in a quiet bay and protected from winds like Mistral and Bora. There is direct sea access via a private terrace equipped with sunbeds. The boat dock, with mooring lines, is included in the price There are two terraces and a grill. The owners are extremely nice, helpful, and welcoming. The villa is complete and ideal for large families. The bathrooms are recently renewed. The beds were comfortable and there are black-out shutters. Some of them need replacement.

The village center Grohote takes about 5 minutes by car. The Studenac market offers a complete range of day-to-day fresh and good quality products. The Jadrolinija car ferry from Split to Rogac is very convenient and takes only 50min. Thank you for your hospitality Andrea

Kuća je fantastična za obiteljski odmor, sve je bilo jako dobro, vrijeme i more. Lijepo smo se proveli u prostoru za roštiljanje, prostran je. Djeca i ja uživali smo u moru. U kući je bilo limuna, a počelo je i prvo grožđe u kojem smo mogli uživati. Vrlo ljubazni domaćini. Preporučam ga.

All was excellent. very friendly staff, beautiful and very clean house and great experience… for all recommendations. I traveled with my family, so they added an extra bed in the room immediately for the baby, That’s so nice. The house is spacious and met the needs. My children had a great time at sea, all in front of the house, beach, nice view, parking lot, and place to enjoy the sun.

Séjour parfait à 3 familles. Les hôtes sont adorables et très aidants. la maison est très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. L’accès à la mer est aussi facile que sur les photos et la baie est somptueuse. Très jolie île par ailleurs

Our family had a very pleasant stay. Awesome kitchen and barbecue area, rooms, and the house are very spacious and clean with a nice sea view and a pleasant walk along the town’s Solta island. Food on the island was very good as well. There are a variety of restaurants and places to visit.
