By making a booking, the first named person on the booking (“the party leader”) agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that:

Reservation value for large groups: The standard price is for 8 people. If the reservation is made for more than 8 people, an additional charge will be charged for each person + 25€ night. Children over 2 years old are counted as an adult and children under two years old do not have any charge, they are free.
To confirm your chosen arrangements, you must pay a deposit in connection with these arrangements which is 30% of the total cost of your reservation (or full payment of accommodation if you book within 6 weeks of departure) and we will confirm the exact amount at the time of booking. In certain circumstances we may retain your reservation 72 hours while the payment is distributed, however the reservation is not confirmed and if the payment is not received within 72 hours of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled without notice.
Your reservation is confirmed and the agreement between you and Villa Sore Solta will exist when we receive your deposit and we send you a confirmation by e-mail on behalf of Villa Sore Solta.
The rest of the amount of accommodation (70%) should be paid to our bank account 45 days before your arrival where we will confirm the exact amount at the time of booking.
Please note that all correspondence, including vouchers, will be sent via email only. Please provide us with an email address that is active and regularly checked and will remain active until you return to your residential address. We recommend that all clients check their “junk” email folder to ensure that none of our emails are sent there correctly. It is your responsibility to tell us if you have not received confirmation from us after payment of the deposit (full balance if you travel within 6 weeks).
Please note in your journal to send us the final balance by the due date. The reminder invoice will be sent. If the maturity does not receive full payment, it may cancel your reservation and charge cancellation fees that have been set out in the terms “CANCELLATIONS BY YOU”.
Payment by bank transfer/online banking should be made in € euro currency or to the value to the change in $ dollar.
Make sure that your payment is sufficient to cover the cost of the arrangement after deducting all applicable banking fees. If you choose by bank transfer or online banking, the reservation will remain pending and will not be confirmed until such payment is received.
Bookings cannot be accepted from parties of young persons less than 18 years of age.

If you wish to cancel, or amend your booking you may do so either by writing to us or e-mailing us at andrea_rodriguezp@hotmail.com or andrea@villasoresolta.com. All cancellations will take effect from the date received by Villa Sore Solta. In all cases a cancellation will only be accepted from the party leader. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt; therefore you are advised to also

Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total villa cost. Cancellation charges exclude amendment charges which are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation. Depending on the reason for your cancellation, you may be able to re-claim these cancellation charges (less any applicable excess) under the terms of your insurance policy. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned.
Guests are generally expected to arrive between 15:00 and 20:00 Croatian time and to depart by 8:00-10.00 a.m. There may be slight variations to these times +/- one hour – you will be advised of the correct arrival/ departure times for your property on your travel documentation.
Only allow those persons named at time the time of booking to use the property without prior agreement. The maximum number of people, including infants, allowed at the property may not be exceeded. The supplier may terminate the rental without prior notice and without refund if the numbers are exceeded.

-Blankets, pillows and cushions are for exclusive use inside the house. Please, do not throw them on the floor, carry on the beach or any other place that is not inside the house. Ireversible damage, non-washable marks and spots left on them would be considered as subject for charges on your damage deposit.
-Everything inside the house is at your disposal. Please use it with care in the best possible way.
-Elements of hygiene and personal use (beach towel, soap, tooth cream, shampoo for hair, toilet paper e.t.c) and cleaning (laundry detergent, soap dishes, dishwasher tablets, etc.) are not included in the services of the house. Those elements must be covered by the guests.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE HOUSE
-GARBAGE: On Šolta island, organic garbage and trash is collected once a week on Mondays and Thursdays. Recycling of garbage such as paper, plastic and glass on the 18th once a month. The trash cans are located next to the parking lot of different colors (yellow for plastic, brown for glass and metal cans, blue for paper, and carton- tetra pack. The green trash can is only for organic garbage, trash, and baby diapers. Please do not mix garbage with recycling.
-IMPORTANT AC: All AC devices must be in the same MODE in order to work properly because they use one external drive. At the moment, they are all INSTALLED in the COOLING way, so leave it as it is. The only exception is the room next to the barbecue area, which has its own system and works independently without affecting others. Please, if you are going to leave the house, be sure to turn off all air conditioners.
-In each bedroom closet there are clean bed sheets and towel (50cmx90cmand 70X1.40cm) at your disposal.
-WIFI: VILLA SORE /2G/5G Password CASADEMAR
-In the barbecue area is Bluetooth sound system. You can connect it without any password.
-Smart TV has internet connection and account on Netflix. (If you have a personal account on Netflix, you can use it too)

-Keep in mind that the wind blows during the day and if there are light things near the sea, the wind can take them away from home. We recommend that when you are not near the sea your belongings (inflated and, sea toys, towels, etc.) place in a safe place, or tie them so that the wind does not carry them. If you want inflatables, you can put them inside a trampoline.
* As you have seen the house is close to the sea and is surrounded by a lot of nature, so I recommend bringing a mosquito repellent
Security deposit to cover the cost of any damages or breakages. The deposit will be collected on your arrival at the property and is 300 €. You will be advised of this at the time of booking. Please ensure you have this amount of money ready when you arrive.
The deposit is usually refunded to you at the end of your stay subject to an inspection of the property for damage. In some instances there may be delays of up week in returning the deposit due to awaiting proof of damage. Our responsibility is to return the deposit in case of regularity.
You are strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance for all members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate and appropriate for your particular needs. Please read your policy details on receipt and take them with you on holiday.
These terms and conditions are governed by Croatian law. Any disputes, claims or other matters arising out of or in relation to these terms and conditions shall be governed by the Courts Republic of Croatia.
